Internal dedupe runs. If no records found, the journey stops.

If OTP validation fails, journey stops.

Post OTP validation, customer chooses:
1️⃣ Update Aadhaar
2️⃣ Update PAN

Both the above options will hit perfios API and validates, populates the details as available on NSDL and UIDAI resp – if validation fails, customer to re-initiate the journey through clicking on SUBMIT button again.

After successful validation, journey ends and an automated Service Request (SR) is created.

Every EOD / EOW a report will get generated based on how many SRs got created along with all the details as entered on website.

HFS central user will download this report and accordingly update the details in core system. – this step is an isolated journey and not related to our website journey.
